We act for landlords and leaseholders providing valuation advice in connection with lease extensions or collective enfranchisement in accordance with the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, as amended.

We work closely with the client’s solicitor providing valuation advice for the purpose of facilitating the initial or counter notice, and we will carry out subsequent negotiations upon behalf of the client
