This boutique chartered surveyors consultancy was set up by Simon Garfinkel, with the aim to provide a personalised and bespoke property service. We will take the time with our clients to ensure we understand their requirements and how best we can meet their objectives, as economically as possible.
After starting his career in the estates department in local government and a major central London agency, Simon Garfinkel ran the professional department at Currell in Islington, from 1991 until 2020. He is an RICS Registered Valuer and is highly experienced in dispute resolution acting as an Expert Valuation Witness (report writing, negotiations and court attendance).
The firm specialises in the fields of residential and commercial valuation and commercial Landlord and Tenant work (rent reviews and lease renewals).
